Hot air welding of boat seams.
Welding machine that we use to produce our boats is especially made for PVC fabric welding. Electronic control system which this machine is equipped with allows us to precisely control air temperature and speed at which fabric is fed into machine, which eliminates overheat and destruction of PVC layer on the material. Welding has better adhesiveness than gluing, which makes better and stronger seams.

Adhering of boat details.
In places where hot air welding is impossible, we use glue. Details are glued to the boat by special polyurethane two-component glue. When gluing materials, we always double-coat them with glue. First layer bonds chloride molecules in PVC. Second layer actually glues fabrics together. We control every step of the gluing process which allows us to minimize defects when gluing materials together.
