 Inflatable motor boats have a rigid, durable glued-in transom (usually made from wood or fiberglass), hard floor (deck), and flexible (inflatable) or hard (made from wood) keel. Floor of the boat can be made from multi-layered plywood, from composite materials, fiberglass, or aluminum. Boats of this type can be moved by rowing, but it is more common to mount a motor on it. After taking out the flooring, the boat can be easily packed for storage or transportation. These boats best suit individuals that like long activities on water or for research of places that are not approachable by larger boats.
